At a recent meeting to continue to advance our mission to obtain Ethical Alternatives, we were speaking about the 20th Anniversary of the Pontifical Academy Document. When that Document was issued, it dominated the news in many publications and was highly debated. Today, even after the Covid fiasco, many people don’t know the document exists or what it has obligated us to do:
Therefore, doctors and fathers of families have a duty to take recourse to alternative vaccines (if they exist), putting pressure on the political authorities and health systems so that other vaccines without moral problems become available. They should take recourse, if necessary, to the use of conscientious objection with regard to the use of vaccines produced by means of cell lines of aborted human foetal origin. Equally, they should oppose by all means (in writing, through the various associations, mass media, etc.) the vaccines which do not yet have morally acceptable alternatives, creating pressure so that alternative vaccines are prepared, which are not connected with the abortion of a human foetus, and requesting rigorous legal control of the pharmaceutical industry producers.
It’s been 20 years.. 20 years! How many individuals ACTUALLY fulfilled their obligation to write a letter to the pharmaceuticals OBJECTING to their use of the aborted fetal cell lines? As of 2024, it is estimated that there are 53 MILLION ADULT Catholics in the United States. 53 MILLION. Even if HALF of that 53 million wrote letters of objection, we could be moving MORE mountains. Well, all this led has led us to creating a Poll. It’s not a scientific one, just a better way to assess how much louder we need to be. We will NOT be Silenced.
